Power Yoga
A dynamic vinyasa flow class with a quick pace and challenging poses.
Vinyasa
Creative sequences are linked together through vinyasa. Breath is synchronised with movement, thus keeping your body in optimal health and facilitating meditation.
We will start with sun salutations which remove fatigue from the body and loosen all of the major muscles and joints, followed by standing sequences which increase strength and balance. The seated sequences work on deeper flexibility whilst the inversions we finish with promote stamina and start to quieten the mind. Lastly, savasana, where your body and mind are restored.
Restorative
Offering students some time to draw energy back into the body. Suitable for those who are injured, recovering from injury, battling stress or those in a more mature age group.
Practicing Outdoors
I aim to bring the community together with regular outdoor sessions (weather permitting). Practicing outdoors brings proprioception skills (your awareness of your body), increases your balance, focus and brings alignment with nature.
